Severe Deep Bite
The patient had a severe deep bite and wanted to change his smile and bite without surgical intervention. After explaining to the patient that there are limitations if we exclude surgical and orthodontic intervention, we chose to use composite to change his occlusion and smile. The patient’s vertical dimension was elongated, and the patient’s posterior teeth were lengthened using composite. Then, composite veneers were applied on the top front teeth for esthetic enhancement.
